Qar\u201d in the discussion room at the institute.<br \/>\nThe study aimed to detect brucellosis infection in sheep in Dhi Qar Governorate using serological methods, bacteriological culture methods, and molecular methods.<br \/>\nConclusion<br \/>\nThe results of the study showed that 67\/32 (47.76%) of the sheep were aborted, and their 32 fetuses were examined by withdrawing fetal fluid from the stomach, extracting DNA, and detecting virulence genes by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 32 samples.<br \/>\nThe study showed that the RBPT differences in sheep are not significant, with the highest rate in males (16.98 (539)) than in females (14.29259\/37%) at a significance level (0.05) ().<br \/>\nThe study concluded that the mentioned sculptor genes were detected by PCR so the total number of positive results obtained from the technique was 312\/34 (0.89%).
