The event was attended by a distinguished group of professors, faculty members, and students of the institute.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"970\">The symposium aimed to highlight the role of bacteriophages as a promising alternative to antibiotics, demonstrating their ability to target and eliminate bacterial infections.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium discussed a Bacteriophage therapy has proven effective against antibiotic-resistant pathogens and can also help reduce side effects by selectively targeting specific bacteria.
