{"id":2502,"date":"2025-09-02T20:39:28","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T20:39:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.ige.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=2502"},"modified":"2025-09-02T20:39:28","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T20:39:28","slug":"the-institute-of-genetic-engineering-welcomes-its-new-students-and-dr-al-awadi-holds-a-welcoming-meeting-with-them","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.ige.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=2502","title":{"rendered":"The Institute of Genetic Engineering Welcomes Its New Students, and Dr. Al-Awadi Holds a Welcoming Meeting with Them"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"72\" data-end=\"396\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology for Postgraduate Studies \/ University of Baghdad welcomed its newly admitted students for the academic year 2025\u20132026, where an official welcoming meeting was held by the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"355\">Salwa Jaber Al-Awadi<\/strong>, at the <em data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"376\">Dijla Hall<\/em> of the Institute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"832\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Awadi warmly welcomed the new students, congratulating them on their admission to the Institute and their commencement of official attendance after completing all the required administrative and legal procedures. She pointed out that the students\u2019 swift completion of these procedures is clear evidence of their strong desire to join the academic community and begin genuine scientific steps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1056\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Dr. Al-Awadi emphasized to the students that the Dean\u2019s office had begun early preparations for the new academic year, which include equipping laboratories, lecture halls, and discussion rooms, all to serve the students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1383\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">She stressed the importance of students\u2019 commitment to attending both theoretical and practical lectures, as well as preparing early to design scientific and research projects.
