He reviewed the key practical steps for preparing a complete and publishable scientific paper in peer-reviewed journals. The session was chaired by Professor Dr. \u201cBasimah Qasim Hassan,\u201d Head of the Promotions Unit at the institute, with Assistant Lecturer \u201cRasul Muwaffaq\u201d serving as rapporteur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"1131\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The seminar covered important scientific topics, focusing on selecting a research idea and formulating the problem, writing a scientific paper in a professional manner, as well as the principles of choosing appropriate journals and dealing with the peer-review process.
