The production laboratory is one of the laboratories of the Genetic Engineering Branch of the Genetic Engineering Institute, which was established in the Genetic Engineering Branch in 2013 and named the Production Laboratory for the purpose of producing diagnostic kits, including the DNA extraction kit, for which Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Faisal obtained a patent. In addition, the laboratory contains important devices, including the RT-pCR DNA replication device. Training courses were held in the laboratory on the principles and applications of the RT-pCR DNA replication technology. Many research experiments were conducted in the laboratory by graduate students with master’s and doctoral degrees.
