Unit objectives:
Facilitating the completion of transactions for citizens in cooperation with all the institute’s formations and overcoming the difficulties faced by citizens when reviewing.
Works of the Citizens Affairs Unit:
– Receiving citizens (faculty, employee, student, external reviewer) and listening to their complaints and referring them to the concerned party after presenting them to the Dean.
– Direct supervision of organizing interviews for the Dean.
– Introducing the citizen to the appropriate legal formulas to solve the problem and administrative contexts
– Following up on complaints sent to the institute through the ministry or the university presidency.
– Contributing to the work of the electronic citizen government by entering citizens’ requests into the electronic citizen government program of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
