The workshop aimed to highlight several key points, most notably the importance of proper planning of daily activities through time management, and the creation of a positive work environment by reducing stress, including through participation in voluntary work as a means of enhancing institutional social responsibility.
The workshop recommended focusing on physical health, as it helps individuals overcome stress and anxiety, as well as taking breaks during working hours to maintain well-being and productivity.
This workshop comes within the framework of the Institute’s efforts to support Goal 5 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Gender Equality) by promoting the principles of justice and equality between genders and empowering women academically and professionally, thereby contributing to a balanced work environment that supports both personal and institutional development.
