On the sidelines of the 6th International Scientific Conference, the Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific exhibition featuring the patents of the institute’s professors, their scientific posters, creativity awards, and certificates of participation in various conferences and scientific events.
The exhibition, held on the upper floor of Al-Hakeem Hall at the University of Baghdad, was inaugurated by the Scientific Assistant to the President of the University, Professor Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, along with the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Salwa Jabir Al-Awadi, and the head and members of the organizing committee.
Dr. Abdullah toured the exhibition and reviewed the participating works, emphasizing that they reflect the strong and enthusiastic desire of the institute’s professors to engage in significant scientific forums that contribute to enhancing sustainable development between the academic institution and other sectors.
During the tour, the Assistant to the University President congratulated Dr. Al-Awadi on the success of the 6th International Scientific Conference, praising her leadership of the conference’s organizing committee and the distinguished efforts of the committee chairs and members in managing its impressive scientific activities.
In turn, Dr. Al-Awadi expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to the University of Baghdad’s presidency, represented by the University President Professor Dr. Baha Ibrahim Ensaf, and to Professor Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah for overseeing the exhibition’s inauguration, as well as to the professors and staff of the institute for their considerable efforts in ensuring the success of the conference, which had been carefully planned months in advance.
