The Harvest of Light Organization for the Development of Education awarded Professor Dr. Issam Fadel Alwan, a faculty member at the Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology for Postgraduate Studies / University of Baghdad, a certificate recognizing him as one of the Top 50 Influential Personalities for the year 2025, in the field of creativity, innovation, and the development of education and knowledge.
Professor Dr. Issam Fadel ranked eighth, outperforming 42 other distinguished figures in the fields of education and innovation.
Dr. Issam Fadel Alwan is considered one of the institute’s senior professors in terms of knowledge, contribution, and invention. He has an extensive record of patents that serve science and knowledge, in addition to his distinguished participation in invention exhibitions held both inside and outside Iraq.
On her part, the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Salwa Jaber Al-Awadi, congratulated Professor Dr. Issam Fadel on achieving this important accomplishment, which demonstrates his competence and high scientific standing among a large number of specialists and academics, wishing him continued success, excellence, and sustained contributions.
